UCWB is launching an online Virtual Hub (itsup2me.com.au) that supports consumers, carers, and professionals working in the mental health and other spheres to access a series of community based resource modules.
Itsup2me.com.au is designed to assist clients in cultivating living skills; promote a healthy household environment and increase capacity for social participation.
UCWB will be partnering with a number of organisations across Adelaide to ensure that the Hub provides a consistent wrap-around approach to client welfare.
