Not for profit organisations that are eligible to claim a refund of franking credits can now download the application form from the ATO website as a fillable PDF. The application was previously mailed to organisations if they had lodged in a previous income year. Organisations that had not lodged previously had to call the ATO to request a copy of the form. Other minor changes have been made to the form that will reduce the processing time post lodgement.
