At the recent meeting of the Council of Australian Governments (COAG), the Prime Minister, Premiers and Chief Ministers discussed proposals from the Select Council on Disability Reform on how ‘eligibility’ and ‘reasonable and necessary support’ need to be defined to make an NDIS work.
They are now asking for people with a disability, their families and carers, the workforce and disability sector to provide feedback on the Select Council’s draft descriptions of ‘eligibility’ and ‘reasonable and necessary support’ before they are finalised.
