Public hearings have been held on the draft Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Bill. Copies of the transcripts for these hearings are now available.

To date, 65 submissions received by the inquiry have been released on the Committee website. The submissions cover a variety of areas of the Bill and many different parts of the sector have been represented in the submissions.
