The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is inviting consultation on their Digital by Default initiative to improve the delivery of digital services and products for taxpayers.
The Digital by Default proposal is designed to deliver a simpler, easier, more flexible and adaptable way of interacting digitally with the ATO
The ATO is seeking feedback from all sectors of the community including not for profit organisations to understand the range of support needed to transition fully to digital services.
