One of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission’s objects is to ‘promote the reduction of unnecessary regulatory obligations on the Australian not-for-profit sector’.
The ACNC has produced a table by charity structure, to summarise the annual reporting obligations, and to summarise the fundraising licence requirements by state.
