The ACNC have just published a factsheet that explains ‘advocacy’ as a charity subtype.
The factsheet clarifies what has, at times, been a difficult subtype to understand. It provides some guidance on the activities that are likely and unlikely to fall within its scope, and gives an indication on how it is assessed by the ACNC.
