Last week, the ACNC released drafts of the various AIS (i.e. for small, medium and large entities) for year ended 30 June 2014 (the first year of full application of the legislation).
They are seeking comment on the information they are requesting.
Submissions / comments are due 26th April.

In addition, the ACNC has developed a sample of the 2013 Annual Information Statement (AIS) form and a corresponding step-by-step guide to give registered charities the opportunity to preview the form before the final 2013 AIS becomes available in May/June. The sample form and guide are available from the ACNC website and explain each question in detail. They will help charities to understand the types of questions the final 2013 AIS will ask.
