Google has partnered with Australian charity, The Allanah and Madeline Foundation, to launch a new toolkit to help young people identify misinformation online.
With a $1.4 million investment from Google, the Foundation has developed and launched the New Media Literacy Lab, a toolkit providing school-aged students with the “essential skills to identify misinformation and stay safe online”.
With free access until January 2021, secondary school-level teachers can register and use Media Literacy Lab in classroom and remote delivery settings.
